Qihao Guan
Qihao Guan’s work is simple and uses strong contrasts of lights and shadows as well as saturated colors to capture pedestrian scenes. He is inspired by documentary images that use light, silhouettes, and colour contrasts. His interest in photography was sparked during middle school, and he started to use photography to represent the languages of colours (especially warm or bright colours) with natural light and silhouettes in storytelling contexts.
